Friday 6th October was World Smile Day - a day devoted to smiles and spreading random acts of kindness.
At assembly we talked about the importance of a smile and how it makes everyone feel good, whether its just a smile when greeting someone or a smile to show encouragement.
The challenge for the day was to smile as often as possible, as a smile is contagious!
Congratulations to our 'Pupils of the Week' receiving their awards for
- Being responsible, sensible and making good decisions
- Listening carefully in class to instructions and trying their best at everything
- Having a great attitude, showing enthusiasm and making great progress
- Being kind to others and willing to help
- Being kind, friendly and having a great SMILE!
