We celebrated Chinese New Year in nursery. It was the year of the Rabbit. We dressed up in traditional chinese costume and made noodles and rice. We used chopsticks to eat with. We enjoyed painting Chinese symbols and we had different Chinese spices like star anise and cinnamon in the dough.
