Well done to Primary 5 for completing 3 weeks of Chester's Challenge. They had great fun learning all about how to live a healthy lifestyle through diet, exercise, less screen time and sleep. Thank you to NICHS, Shannon and Charlotte for delivering such a worthwhile, interactive and very enjoyable programme. P5 will do their very best to take all the knowledge they've learnt on board
